  • Custom Orders: Custom 3D printing orders cannot be canceled once the production process has commenced. However, if you wish to cancel a custom order before production starts, please contact us immediately to discuss the possibility of cancellation.
  • Standard Orders: For standard orders that have not yet been processed, you may request a cancellation by contacting our customer support team. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to the order status.

2. Refund Eligibility or Return Policy:
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Quality Issues: If you receive a 3D printed product with significant defects or quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may require visual evidence to assess the problem. If the issue is verified, we will offer a refund or replacement based on your preference.
  • Order Cancellation: If your order qualifies for cancellation as per Section 1, and the cancellation request is approved before production begins, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
  • How Should I Return: If it is not a customizable product, you can return it with all the tags came with the product, No charges for the return and replacement.
  • Can I return in store directly?: yes, you ac walk in and return it in the store even if you purchased through online within the return window completes and product condition should be new with all tags assigned to it.

3. Refund Process:

  • For refunds related to quality issues or cancellations approved before production, we will process the refund within 14 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for orders based on a change of mind after the production process has started.
  • Custom Orders: As custom 3D printing orders are tailored to your specifications, they are non-refundable once production has commenced.

5. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returned items will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
